based on appointments, grooming in the order the appointment was booked
Please tell us if your pet needs to be done by a certain time in advance
We will call you as soon as he / she is ready to go home, you have till close to
pick up your pet

Hand washing all pets. Us groomers feel like we get them cleaner by
old fashion hand washing
Hand dry with blow dryers, this adds to the quality of our service,
but for those pets who do not respondto blow dryers, we do have not
heated fan blowers that blow air at room temperature.
Hand brushing to fluff the coats
Dematting - depending on the matting,
can be safer to start over
